"Wave of Attacks Hits US Forces in Iraq and Syria"

US forces in Iraq and Syria have been targeted in at least 24 attacks, including drone and rocket strikes, since the US retaliatory strikes on Iranian-backed militia groups on Friday. None of the attacks have caused casualties or damage. The US holds Iran responsible for supporting these militia groups. The US has deployed additional troops and defense systems to the region to increase force protection.
