Amit Shah's Bold Assertion: PoK is Ours, J&K Paid for Nehru's Blunders

Union Home Minister Amit Shah stated in the Lok Sabha that Jammu and Kashmir suffered due to the mistakes made by Jawaharlal Nehru, and that Pakistan-occupied Kashmir belongs to India. Shah attributed the loss of 45,000 lives to Article 370 and emphasized that it was the root cause of separatism and terrorism in the region. He criticized the Congress for opposing the rights of backward classes and highlighted the positive changes in J&K since the abrogation of Article 370. Shah also mentioned the displacement of Kashmiri Pandits and the need to provide them with rights and representation.
