"India Demands Action and Releases Proof in Response to Anti-India Protests at Missions Abroad"

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar accused the UK of not meeting the obligation of providing security to the diplomats of the Indian High Commission in the UK, after pro-Khalistan supporters pulled down the Indian tricolour at the mission. He said India would not accept differential standards of security and that it is the obligation of the receiving country to provide security for a diplomat to do his work. The Minister also cautioned that adversaries of the country could misuse the situation and there was a difference between having rights and misusing them.
