Milley predicts Russia's negotiating defeat.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine have the capability to attack and conduct offensive operations, and Russians will eventually have to do something from a negotiating standpoint, as they’re not going to win, according to Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark A. Milley. Milley also noted that around 200,000 Russian troops are still remaining in the temporarily occupied areas of Ukraine, but they are poorly led, not well trained, poorly equipped, and not well sustained. Putin could end the war tonight, although he has political constraints internal to Russian politics.
