Prigozhin's Latest Threat Takes Shape

Field camps are reportedly being constructed in Belarus for Wagner mercenaries fighting under Yevgeny Prigozhin, who was exiled to the country following his attempted mutiny in Russia. The camps are preparing for 8,000 beds and will be about 120 miles from Belarus’ border with Ukraine. It is unclear if all of the troops headed for Ukraine, however, and with possible field camps in Belarus, Prigozhin may be able to continue operating Wagner after all, just days after they staged the largest challenge to Putin’s decades-long hold on power in Russia.
