Russian President Vladimir Putin delivered a keynote address at the St Petersburg International Economic Forum, discussing topics such as the Russian economy, defence spending, foreign businesses in Russia, national currencies in international settlements, and the conflict in Ukraine. He also commented on relations with the United States and President Joe Biden, as well as the use of nuclear weapons.
