"Regional Powers Hold Talks on Syria Crisis in Moscow"

Foreign ministers from Turkey, Syria, Russia, and Iran held high-level talks in Moscow to discuss rebuilding ties between Ankara and Damascus after years of animosity during Syria's civil war.
