Russia threatens to "liberate" Belarus in case of rebellion

Russia's press secretary Dmitry Peskov has stated that Russia will intervene in Belarus if there is an armed uprising to overthrow the regime of Alexander Lukashenko, claiming that Belarus is a partner, ally, and fraternal state. He also called Poland a "hostile" state to Russia, claiming it is now "engulfed in Russophobic hysteria".
