Zelensky and Ukraine's efforts to prevent Russia's sanctions circumvention.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has held a special meeting on sanctions against Russia, involving the Main Intelligence Directorate, the Foreign Intelligence Service, the President’s Office and Government. Zelensky stated that Russia continues to produce terrorist weapons, namely missiles, with the help of different countries and different companies, and manages to circumvent international sanctions regimes. He emphasized that sanctions are a mandatory part of Russia’s accountability for its crimes and should limit the aggressor’s capacity for terror as much as possible.
