Deadly Explosions Rock Pakistani Counter-Terrorism Facilities.

Two explosions occurred at a counter-terrorism ammunition depot in Swat Valley, Pakistan, killing at least 13 people and injuring over 50. The cause of the explosions is believed to be an electric short-circuit that caused ammunition to catch fire. Most of the victims were police counter-terrorism officers, and a woman and her child who were passing by were also killed. The Swat Valley was previously controlled by Islamist militants before being cleared out in a military operation in 2009.
