Russian Special Forces Neutralize Gunman in Moscow Home Invasion

Russian security forces have killed a heavily-armed gunman who broke into a private house in the suburbs of Moscow and threatened to march on the Kremlin. The assailant, identified as Vyacheslav Chernenko, claimed to have fought in Ukraine and was driven by God to carry out the attack. After a standoff and negotiations, the gunman refused to surrender, fired at the special forces, and was killed when they stormed the house. The attacker was found to have multiple automatic weapons and hand grenades.
