Night of Strikes Across Ukraine Leaves Five Injured in Kyiv Amid Russia-Ukraine War

Russia launched a new wave of missile and drone attacks on Ukraine, injuring at least five people in Kyiv. The attacks also hit the Black Sea city of Odesa and the southern region of Kherson. Russia is evacuating people from the Russian-occupied area around the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, with more than 1,600 people, including 660 children, evacuated so far. Ukraine is expected to start a counteroffensive to retake Russian-held territory, including in the Zaporizhzhia region.
