Israel's Defense Minister Yoav Gallant has stated that the withdrawal of some Israeli troops from northern Gaza does not signal an end to the conflict with Hamas. Despite the pullout of two brigades and plans for more to follow, Israel maintains a high state of readiness and continues its military operations, particularly in the Khan Yunis area.
