Progressive bids test 2026 primaries in MN, WI as SC GOP runoff looms
As polls close in South Carolina (SC) and head toward close in Minnesota (MN) and Wisconsin (WI), SC Republicans will head to a runoff after Darline Graham advances for the late Lindsey Graham seat; in MN, progressive Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan faces centrist Rep. Angie Craig for the Democratic Senate nomination, while in WI Democratic socialist Francesca Hong is favored to win the Democratic gubernatorial nomination with retiring Gov. Tony Evers backing David Crowley.
