Capcom Confirms Onimusha: Way of the Sword Switch 2 Version Matches PS5 Quality
Capcom has confirmed that the Nintendo Switch 2 version of Onimusha: Way of the Sword will offer a visual and performance experience nearly identical to the PlayStation 5 version. Producer Akihito Kadowaki stated that while the Switch 2 build targets 30 FPS compared to 60 FPS on other platforms, the difference in quality is negligible. The game is set to launch on September 4, 2026, featuring historical figure Izumo no Okuni.
