A former acting U.S. attorney for the Southern District of California, Andrew Haden, 48, was found dead Wednesday inside the Edward J. Schwartz Federal Building in downtown San Diego. Police say there is no foul play suspected as investigators respond to the scene, and colleagues remember him as a respected leader who served twice as acting U.S. attorney.
