DOJ Charges 15 Minnesota Activists Linked to Antifa in Federal Case
The U.S. Department of Justice has charged 15 Minnesota activists tied to Direct Action Minnesota with a conspiracy to impede or injure federal officers, solicitation to commit violence, interstate threats, interstate stalking, assaulting federal officers and destruction of government property. Twelve were arrested, two remain at large, and one was previously detained. Prosecutors say the group coordinated to interfere with immigration enforcement during Operation Metro Surge, portraying it as part of a broader effort to counter domestic political violence rather than a matter of speech.
