Base jumping star Andy Lewis dies in Utah canyon accident
Andy Lewis, the extreme athlete known for Base Jump Moab and his 2012 Super Bowl performance with Madonna, died in a Base Jumping accident in the Mineral Bottom area near the Utah–Colorado border, along with a 50-year-old man; Lewis was a four-time world champion in slacklining and held a Guinness record for slackline surfing.
