LoL Dev Update: Locke Arrives, Mayhem ARAM Reworks, and Ranked 5s Trials
Riot previews Locke as the next champion for Patch 26.13, overhauls ARAM with Mayhem in 2026 by removing the Trait system and replacing it with Augments (including new Ability Augments), tests ARAM Wardrobe for Epic skins in BR and Oceania, and rolls out a skin slate including Sinful Shores, High Noon for Akshan/Locke, and MSI-era Broken Covenant; MSI 2026 will be held in Daejeon with play-ins, brackets, and finals; a new Ranked 5s queue is being tested for full five-stack play; abusive DM reporting is enabled; plus a new in-game access tracker for honors, chat, and queue restrictions. Also expect 2025 Worlds winner skins and Rengar Victorious this season, plus previews for Season 3 via MSI Finals.
