Subnautica 2 lays out two-phase roadmap for early access updates and new content
Unknown Worlds has shared Subnautica 2's early access roadmap, detailing two upcoming update phases: the first focuses on biomods and core systems (blight encounters, wrecks, docking, fabrication, PDA databank and voicelogs) plus QoL tweaks like more biomod slots, storage changes and sprinting; the second centers on co-op enhancements (HUD signals, base builder, pinned recipes) and social features (voice chat, emotes, trading, revive) with ongoing bug fixes, while major expansions will add a new region, biomes, creatures, resources, tools, a new vehicle, and the next chapter of the story.
