Kailera Therapeutics upsized its IPO to $625 million (39 million shares at up to $16), becoming the largest biotech IPO in recent memory and funding its obesity-focused GLP-1 program (ribupatide) along with other assets; shares trade on Nasdaq as KLRA, with a potential $92.8 million greenshoe.
