Blair Witch Project Reimagined: Dylan Clark to Direct, Original leads now EPs
Lionsgate is rebooting The Blair Witch Project with Dylan Clark directing, while original stars Joshua Leonard and Michael C. Williams join as executive producers alongside returning franchise creatives. The project, announced at CinemaCon 2024, is being produced by James Wan’s Atomic Monster and Jason Blum’s Blumhouse with Roy Lee and other producers; plot details are being kept under wraps as the franchise aims to reach a new generation. Leonard and Williams say they were blindsided by the initial reveal but are now onboard as EPs.
