Timberlake Moves to Block Release of DWI Stop Footage
Timberlake filed a petition to prevent public release of the body-camera footage from his June 2024 Sag Harbor stop, arguing it would reveal private details and harm his reputation. The video is part of a FOIA request by media outlets, and Timberlake had already pleaded guilty to driving while impaired, facing a $500 fine, up to 40 hours of community service, and a public safety announcement.
