Qatar Airways Ditches First Class on Future Flights.
Qatar Airways CEO has confirmed that the airline will not offer first class on any future delivery aircraft, including the Boeing 777-9s. The airline currently only offers first class on a few Airbus A380s and Boeing 777s, and plans to retire these planes before the end of the decade. The CEO argues that first class doesn't justify the returns, as the airline's business class offers many of the same perks as first class on other airlines.
