Massachusetts public health officials announced two measles cases: an adult in the Greater Boston area with an unclear vaccination history who may have contracted the virus abroad, and a child diagnosed out of state who has not returned to Massachusetts; investigators are tracing potential exposures, but the child is not believed to have exposed anyone in the state.
