Fairfax County identifies Great Falls stabbing victim at Difficult Run Park
Fairfax County police identified Carmen Lizet Puch, 42, of Reston, as the woman found stabbed to death in the parking lot at Difficult Run Park in the Great Falls area. Investigators say there are no immediate indications the act was random and are canvassing for surveillance video and tips from the public.
