Cervélo has unveiled its first electric bike, the Rouvida, which features flip chips in the front and rear dropouts that allow riders to switch between road and gravel geometry. This flexibility enables the bike to accommodate different tire clearances and fits, providing the handling and performance expected from a Cervélo road or gravel bike. The Rouvida is equipped with a Fazua Ride 60 electric bike motor, offering 60Nm of torque and peak power of 450 watts, and is paired with a 432Wh battery. The bike will be available in road and gravel-focused builds, with prices starting at £6,000 / $6,200 / €6,799.

Jonas Vingegaard, currently leading the general classification battle at the Tour de France, rides a Cervélo S5 for aero stages and a Cervélo R5 for mountain stages, while Tadej Pogačar sticks with his Colnago V4Rs for all stages. Vingegaard uses a SRAM Red eTap AXS drivetrain, while Pogačar opts for a Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 R9200 groupset with CarbonTi chainrings. Vingegaard switches between different wheel and tire setups, while Pogačar consistently uses an ENVE SES 4.5 wheelset with 28c Continental GP5000 TT TR tubeless tires.
