Chris Brewster, former stuntman for Charlie Cox's Daredevil in the Netflix series, criticized Marvel Studios' depiction of the character in She-Hulk, claiming they turned Daredevil into a cartoon with excessive use of CGI. Brewster believes that while CGI can enhance real movement, relying solely on it takes away the visceral and weighty action that made Cox's performance appealing in the Netflix series. Despite his criticism, Cox is set to reprise his role as Daredevil in upcoming MCU projects, including the Echo series and Daredevil: Born Again.
