Israel to Test Missile Defense Systems in Kyiv and Sell Arrow-3 to Germany.
The Israeli military plans to test its civilian early warning system in Kyiv next month, with the aim of making it operational by the summer. The system will connect to the Ukrainian military radar and air defense network, and can send faster and more specific alerts to Ukrainian civilians in targeted areas. Israeli officers have met with Ukrainian military officers and officials to present the system and discuss how to reconfigure the software to be compatible with Ukraine's needs. If successful, the system will be operated in several other cities in Ukraine that are home to more than 1 million people.
