Burbank man arrested for pepper-spraying moviegoer over phone use

Matthew Ware, 34, was arrested in Burbank, California, after allegedly pepper-spraying a moviegoer for using a cellphone during a screening of 'The Uprising' at the AMC Burbank 16 theater on September 15.
