Atlantic Braces for Potential Tropical System Development.
The National Hurricane Center is monitoring a second tropical wave in the Atlantic, which has a 10% chance of cyclone formation in the next 48 hours. The wave is currently disorganized, but slow development is possible over the next couple of days. The NHC is also monitoring Invest 92-L, which has a 90% chance of development over the next seven days and is forecast to move westward across the central tropical Atlantic.
