Capcom formed a women-led group dubbed the 'Diana Police' to ensure Pragmata's Diana feels naturally childlike without feeling contrived, guiding voice direction, motion capture, and performance. The approach was discussed during a Capcom livestream and in subsequent interviews, with director Cho Yonghee noting the rationale for mostly women on the panel. A new Hugh suit was also teased during the stream.
