Leaked Trailer Reveals Cancelled Mass Effect Game as BioWare Closes
A trailer for the cancelled Mass Effect game has surfaced online, verified by industry insiders, even as Electronic Arts confirms the permanent closure of BioWare and the cancellation of the project. The leak features in-engine footage and pre-production assets, depicting a new protagonist and returning characters, despite the studio's shutdown. This development follows EA's recent restructuring, which included layoffs and the consolidation of other studios to focus on core franchises like Battlefield and Apex Legends.
