Eastern New Mexico Braces for Severe Weather with Tornadoes and Hail
Eastern New Mexico is at risk of severe weather including large hail and even the possibility of a tornado. The risk area includes areas of De Baca, Curry, Chaves, Lea, Roosevelt and Quay Counties. Storms are expected to develop in the afternoon and last through the evening hours.
