The Lectric XP Trike is an electric tricycle designed for those who struggle with balancing on a two-wheeler or are afraid of falling. While it handled a 15-mile roundtrip with ease, the Trike's wide rear portion and weight make it difficult to maneuver in apartments or carry up stairs. The folding mechanism is similar to other Lectric ebikes, but the wide tires remain a challenge. Quality control issues, such as bent fenders, have been encountered with Lectric bikes. The Trike offers a removable battery, throttle, headlamp, and LCD display, but lacks a bell. The optional Cargo Package with a large basket is useful for grocery runs. The key placement has been improved, and the Trike has a low step-through frame. The Pedal Assist System offers five levels, with level three providing a comfortable cruising speed of 11 mph. Using the throttle reduces the Trike's range.
