Tango Therapeutics reports 82% response rate for chemo-free pancreatic cancer combo at ESMO
Tango Therapeutics presented data at the ESMO congress showing that a combination of its experimental drug and Revolution Medicines’ Rasonque achieved an 82% tumor response rate in patients with advanced pancreatic cancer. The regimen, which excludes chemotherapy, demonstrated durable efficacy with 88% of patients remaining progression-free at nine months. These results support the hypothesis that targeted drug combinations may outperform single-agent therapies in treating aggressive pancreatic tumors.
