Fox Unveils Fall 2026 Schedule: The Simpsons Return, Plus Medicine, Doc, and More
Fox reveals its 2026–27 fall slate, with live-action returns Best Medicine (Season 2) and Doc (Season 3) premiering Sept. 22, followed by new unscripted debuts; Animation Domination returns Sept. 27 with The Simpsons anchoring Sundays alongside Animal Control, Universal Basic Guys, and Grimsburg; several veteran series are held for midseason (American Dad!, Bob’s Burgers, Family Guy, Krapopolis, Memory of a Killer, Murder in a Small Town) with Baywatch and The Interrogator bowing midseason; unscripted fare includes Crime Scene Kitchen, Don't Forget the Lyrics!, LEGO Masters, The Masked Singer, Next Level Baker and Next Level Chef, with Marriage Market slated for 2027.
