
Rubio casts far-left violence as a global threat, seeks new international counterterrorism push
At a State Department ministerial with roughly 65 foreign delegations, Secretary of State Marco Rubio warned that far-left political violence has become a cross-border, transnational threat and urged expanded intelligence sharing, law-enforcement cooperation, and efforts to disrupt financing, noting four foreign far-left groups designated as foreign terrorist organizations and pledging further action to counter their networks.
