Packers' defense runs the show as practice ends with skirmishes and big plays
During Packers training camp, the No. 1 defense dominated the No. 1 offense, powering a rough day for the offense with fumbles and miscues as the session extended past two hours. A sideline scuffle erupted between players (including a shove between Matthew Golden and Barryn Sorrell, with Zaire Franklin throwing a punch), and Kitan Oladapo and Keisean Nixon supplied key turnovers. The practice ended with the defense stopping a fourth-down try, and several rookies and veterans stood out ahead of the upcoming joint practice with the Cardinals.
