Chamber of Commerce Launches 20-State Bus Tour to Counter Rising Socialist Support
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has launched a six-week, 20-state bus tour called the 'Free Enterprise Express' to promote capitalist policies and oppose socialist candidates ahead of the November 3 elections. The initiative, described as a multiyear, nine-figure effort, aims to counter growing support for democratic socialism, particularly among younger voters and in competitive House and Senate races. While the tour primarily supports Republican candidates, it also includes a few pro-capitalist Democrats. The Chamber acknowledges rising economic anxieties but argues that free markets, not government intervention, are the best solution for prosperity and opportunity.
