Ghost in the Shell TV Series Lands on Prime Video Worldwide July 7

Bandai Namco Filmworks announced Science SARU's Ghost in the Shell TV anime will stream on Prime Video worldwide (excluding mainland China, Russia, Vietnam) starting July 7 at 11:30 p.m. JST, after its broadcast. The series is directed by Mokochan in his debut, with Toh Enjoe writing and Shūhei Handa as character designer and chief animation director; a production committee includes Bandai Namco Filmworks, Kodansha, Science SARU, and Production I.G. The first two episodes will premiere at Annecy and screens at Anime Expo on July 4. Atsuko Tanaka’s passing is noted in the press release.
