Oura Ring 5 Debuts as a Slimmer Health Wearable with Blood Pressure Tracking
Oura unveiled the Ring 5, a 40% smaller smart ring (6.09mm wide, 2.29mm thick) with redesigned sensing for better accuracy and about a week of battery life. It introduces Health Radar, adding Blood Pressure Signals and Nighttime Breathing, plus Health Records import, GLP-1 Insights, Lab Uploads, and a telehealth option via Counsel Health. A new $99 Charging Case is offered, with Ring 5 priced at $399 in Silver/Black (finishes like Gold or Deep Rose at $499); Ring 4 remains $349.
