Vikings Target Bills Executive Terrance Gray for GM Role
The Minnesota Vikings have requested an interview with Buffalo Bills assistant GM Terrance Gray as they search for a new GM. Gray, who spent 11 years in Minnesota as a scout before moving to Buffalo (director of college scouting, then director of player personnel, and assistant GM since May 2025), would be the first candidate interviewed, with interim GM Rob Brzezinski also in the mix. If he’s hired, Buffalo would receive compensatory third-round picks in the 2027 and 2028 drafts under JC-2A. This would mark the fourth Bills assistant GM hired away during Brandon Beane’s tenure; Gray has previously interviewed for the Chargers’ 2024 GM job and the Titans’ GM role last year.
