Lawmakers granted access to Afghanistan dissent cable by State Department.

The State Department has offered to let House Foreign Affairs Committee Chair Rep. Michael McCaul and Ranking Member Rep. Gregory Meeks see a dissent cable related to the 2021 withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan at its headquarters.
