The suit, brought by Hagens Berman on behalf of three consumers, claims the labeling is deceptive and violates federal regulations. Starbucks defends its position by stating the sugar comes from protein-boosted milk, not added sweeteners, and asserts it clearly disclosed nutritional facts.
