Ryo Uchimiya, a 51-year-old chef at Nobu Malibu, died Saturday morning after a 16-year-old driver struck his parked vehicle on Pacific Coast Highway. The suspect vehicle, a 2026 Range Rover, is leased by acclaimed film composer Harry Gregson-Williams.
