Trump’s Globe Post Sparks Mockery Over Hemisphere Claim
President Donald Trump shared an image showing himself looming over a globe with the words 'His Hemisphere,' triggering a wave of derision on social media as critics argue he cannot claim ownership of a hemisphere. The post comes as the U.S. expands its presence in Greenland through a Denmark deal, which critics say does not turn the hemisphere into Trump’s personal territory. Commentary likens the rhetoric to that of a dictator and highlights ongoing debates about constitutional limits and political norms.
