Minnesota tree-trimmer charged with manslaughter after coworker killed during on-the-job ‘horseplay’ with hydraulic grapple
A Minnesota tree-trimmer, Christopher Crimmins, was charged with second-degree manslaughter after his hydraulic grapple crushed coworker Tyler Lynch’s head while the two were horsing around on a back-of-a-truck in Apple Valley.
