Fiery I-66 crash in Fairfax leaves 3 dead; two drivers charged
Three people died when a Honda Pilot rear-ended a stopped truck carrying oxygen tanks in the westbound I-66 Express Lanes in Fairfax. The Toyota 4Runner driver and the truck driver were later charged with reckless driving, and traffic delays persisted as westbound I-66 express lanes were closed until nearly 11 p.m.
