Breakthrough Discovery: Astronomers Accidentally Spot Edge of Supermassive Black Hole's Accretion Disk
Astronomers have found the clearest evidence of an accretion disk surrounding a black hole at the center of galaxy III Zw 002, using data from two rare near-infrared emission lines.
